The story, without the resume

Most studio About pages are a headshot and a list of job titles. This one is a track record. Since 2016, Bamco has built and operated its own companies, businesses with combined revenue over $20 million, and did something specific in every one of them: it kept injecting systems. Where a process was manual, we automated it. Where knowledge was trapped in a few heads, we built a brain the whole team could question. Where money was leaking, we built the platform that stopped it. Not as a side project, but as the way those businesses were run and grown.

That is an unusual foundation for a software studio, and it is the whole point. Our systems come from having been the operator who felt the problem, not a contractor handed a spec. The instinct for where a business actually loses time and money, and what a system needs to do to fix it, was built from the operator's chair, over a decade, across real companies with real revenue on the line.
